About the Service:

Tax Declaration serve as the office permanent record of every Real Property Unit (RFU). A certified true copy or certifications of landholdings and non-improvements maybe requested from the office of the municipal Assessor.

What are the requirements:

• Photocopy of Tax Declaration/Personal Request
• Request Slip of the BIR/Register of Deeds
• Certification fee of P50.00 per request

How to avail of the service:
