About the Service:

New Tax Declaration is prepared for newly constructed buildings, newly installed machineries and newly discovered real properties declared for the first time. The office conducts field inspection to assess the value of the real property to be counted as one real property unit (RPU) for the records and taxation purposes.

What are the are the requirements:

• Letter of request/Personal request
• Building permit/floor plan
• Certificate of Occupancy
• Receipts of machinery acquisition
